Code cleanup for the homepage of Bluefin Labs, a social media company.

This project includes a mobile version. I was contracted by Bluefin Labs to rewrite their CSS and JavaScript. The original CSS was 33kb and riddled with inefficient (three level deep) selectors as found by Google Page Speed. After my rewrite? A sleek 18kb. The original JS files and inline JavaScript totaled over 18kb. After my rewrite, pulling the JS out of the source as much as possible, and minification, the solitary JS file for the entire site was 6.7kb.
